About Us

Warada is a specialist joint venture between two bold and established leaders in the renewable energy investment space, leveraging the proven skills, networks and deep sector expertise of both organisations to set the highest standards for Australian sustainable investments.

Created in 2019, Warada is a joint initiative of the Clean Energy Finance Corporation and Ironstone Capital.

Investment philosophy

Our aim is to achieve the best possible sustainability outcomes for the Australian economy, while also maximising returns for our clients. We do this by taking a long-term investment outlook and facilitating financial and strategic value creation.

Our team boasts extensive experience when it comes to energy financing, with deep sector and technical knowledge which can be applied at all stages of the funding and management process.

Drawing on quality relationships

Because Warada is backed by two of Australia’s leading renewable energy advisory and financial firms, our opportunities are drawn from established networks, both locally and overseas.
